If using PayPal through our website: www.gurnetsaquishbeach.com please note the amount is $145.00 to cover the fee GSC is charged for the transaction. Our preferred method of payment is by check to the PO Box or cash/check in person to any GSC Board Member due to when using PayPal we do not have a completed dues/donation form to help with identification & adding you to our membership list correctly.

Your payments help fund conservation including roadwork, dune preservation & protection of vulnerable areas as well as gate watch security and other corporate expenses to allow our non-profit volunteer corporation to continue working for the benefit of all residents/owners. Eligibility as per GSC Bylaws Article II: Any individual who has a legal or equitable ownership interest in a single family home on The Gurnet, Saquish Beach, Saquish Head or Western Point, and his or her spouse, siblings, parents, children or grandchildren 18 years of age or older shall, with the consent of the owner shall be eligible to become a member of the corporation.
